The Founder of Plus IT, Inc. has been in the computer industry since 1984. A great deal of change has occurred since then, with faster computers and many new applications. Microsoft developed the Windows Operating System, modems began to be used to access the Internet, Apple is steadily gaining a greater market share, and Hewlett Packard has competed with IBM creating Servers. With these vast changes in the IT industry, Plus IT is forever adapting to and learning from the new technologies available, striving to not only be up-to-date with the latest and greatest, but one step ahead. In June 2004 we began to expand our team as we realized the need to have a greater variety of technicians to keep up; a steel-sharpens-steel mentality. And it worked. With the help of many friends, clients, and employees, a system was created to provide the best service possible.
In our quest towards excellence we’ve had the pleasure of encountering many knowledgeable individuals that bring more to the Plus IT team. Many of these individuals have been trained for major product manufacturers, such as IBM, Apple, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and others. Among these individuals that bring value to our team are Josue Sanchez and Dustin Cartwright.
As our Service Manager, Josue conducts much of the in-shop and on-site responsibilities, such as providing support whenever our techs encounter a problem. He's also helped us pinpoint our office structure to find the best possible management solution - so you can get the best possible service. Josue is our #1 man for making sure that no loose ends are left unchecked, and that all technical problems have been resolved.
Dustin has played a major role in developing our dispatching service. As "Dispatch", Dustin keeps in constant contact with our clients to ensure there are no miscommunications, and that the techs were timely, pleasant, and efficient. Dustin is often the first person a new client speaks with, and is usually the person you will continue to have contact with until the completion of the project.
These are only two examples of the unique team at Plus IT, but there are many other valuable employees that have made us the diverse, well-rounded company we are today. We have long since realized the importance of approaching each project as a team, and we are unique in that we do not withhold or conceal information from our clients. Honest, open communication is an ideal we believe in and practice. By doing this, we've continued to earn the trust and respect of those we work with.
