To request a net 10 account approval, please download our Credit Application and Customer Information forms and fax completed forms to (209) 465-4695 attention Accounting.

Plus IT, Inc. will extend terms to customers that have been approved by our accounting department. Our accounting department will notify you of your account status.

Please note that we apply a finance charge of 21% annual / 1.75% monthly on all unpaid balances. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any payment with insufficient funds.
