Computer Technicians will need to have a valid california drivers license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Computer Technicians will need to be available during our hours of operation. Infrequently Techs will need to start work earlier, and work some saturdays

We hire from entry level (for training) to advanced, and being Bi-lingual is a plus
Mac knowledge is also helpful

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
Ability to document and maintain documentation
Have knowledge of commonly used software, practices and procedures in the IT field.
Able to follow directions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job
Perform repairs on PCs and Printers
Ability to contact software and hardware venders regarding software/hardware problems
Ability to install PC Operating Systems and Server / PC software
Install personal computers, software and peripherals
Set-up new users and e-mail accounts
Update PC operating systems and software
Maintain Anti-virus software and definitions
Ability to remove viruses and repair infected systems
Ability to customize PCs w/ specialized hardware and software to fulfill needs of clients
Knowledge of remote access
Knowledgeable in the following software applications Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint, WIndows, Lotus
Notes, Antivirus software, and other proprietary software
Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN
Knowledge of networking and networking equipment

You must have the ability to:
