We provide support in different ways, so tell us what works best for you. Whether you need remote support, or maybe you prefer one of our techs in person, we can adapt to your needs. You can also come by our office and drop off your computer: we are always happy to see our customers!
Support Options
On-Site
If an on-site visit is required, we can schedule a technician to go to your home or place of business. Besides being the best at what they do, all of our technicians are courteous and professional.
Remote
With this flexible and convenient method, we connect to your system remotely, bringing you fast support when you need it. Many of our clients prefer this method for its convenience.
In-Shop
Our in-shop service is the most cost-effective. Simply bring your computer to our shop for installation, upgrades, repairs, or virus removal. Once your system is ready, you can pick it up or we can drop it off.
